Hailey Hoyt is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office. Ms. Hoyt was born and raised in Orange County, California. She pursued her undergraduate studies in history and English at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She spent a portion of her undergraduate tenure in Dublin, Ireland, where she attended classes at the Institute of Public Administration and interned in Irish Parliament for Mr. Bernard Durkan, Teachta Dála for the Kildare constituency. Ms. Hoyt went on to graduate from USC Gould School of Law.
While at USC, Ms. Hoyt took courses in estate planning which sparked her affinity for the practice area. Outside of her traditional coursework, she was selected to be a student scholar of the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics at USC, an interdisciplinary think tank comprised of scholars and policy makers around issues of mental illness with the goal of influencing reform and policy changes for the improved treatment of those with mental illness.
Ms. Hoyt joined the firm in 2024. Hailey shares that she was drawn to practice in the estate and tax planning space because she enjoys providing individuals and families with peace of mind knowing their loved ones will be protected, provided for, and kept out of court.
In her free time, Hailey loves spending time with her family and tiny rescue dog, Molly. She also enjoys traveling to Ireland to visit her extended family and, in the fall, cheering on the USC football team.
