She develops bespoke strategies for business succession, pre-liquidity planning, and multigenerational wealth transfer, often involving closely held operating companies, concentrated investment positions, real estate portfolios, and qualified small business stock (QSBS).
Additionally, Rachel supports families in creating purposeful philanthropic legacies, counseling clients on the formation and ongoing administration of private foundations and other charitable vehicles.
